Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, exclusively for printed (non–custom) artworks.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused
• Returned in their original packaging
• Accompanied by a valid receipt

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number until the exchange process is completed.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Pieces

Each custom artwork is created uniquely for you.

For this reason, custom and made-to-measure pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

Refunds

All other sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or VAT may apply.

These charges are determined by your country and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
